The Town Marina is the only berthing on the island. Built in the 1940s and last upgraded in 1998, it closed in May 2020 for a 38 million dollar reconstruction and reopened on November 1, 2021, alongside a redesigned Lake Drive Park.
It now holds 84 slips, with the T-head at the Australian dock taking yachts up to 294 feet. Its real asset is the address: a boat here is a short walk from Worth Avenue and Midtown, which no marina across the water can offer.
