Henry's is The Breakers off its own campus: a bistro on Royal Poinciana Way, in the Via Flagler block the resort operates, named for Henry Flagler and pitched at everyday appetite rather than occasion. Chicken pot pie, spaghetti Bolognese and beef Wellington set the tone, in a room its builders describe as unpretentious yet refined.

For the town it filled a real gap: resort-standard cooking at street level, bookable for a weeknight. It reads as the neighborhood restaurant Royal Poinciana Way had been missing.
