Le Bilboquet gave Worth Avenue its French clubhouse in 2021: the Palm Beach room of Philippe Delgrange's New York bistro group, mid-century French in look and unhurried in temperament, with the Cajun chicken that made the original's name still on the card.

The group has since added Le Bilboquet Market around the corner on Peruvian Avenue, an all-day cafe and gourmet counter with the James Beard Award-winning pastry chef François Payard as culinary director. Together they anchor the avenue's eating end.
