Swifty's is a New York institution living its second act in the sun. The Upper East Side dining room closed in 2016; in 2021 owner Robert Caravaggi reopened it more than a thousand miles south, poolside at The Colony, with the crab cakes and the table map instincts intact.
At the pink hotel it works as both hotel restaurant and society canteen, lunch especially, and it folds into The Colony's season of events. Few rooms on the island carry more transplanted memory per square foot.
