The White Elephant brought a Nantucket institution to Palm Beach in April 2020, and did it inside island history: the hotel occupies the former Bradley Park Hotel, a 1920s Spanish Revival building listed with the town's Landmark Preservation Commission.

With 13 rooms and 19 suites it is among the smallest luxury addresses on the island, which is the point. The owner, New England Development, runs Nantucket's White Elephant and The Wauwinet, and the Palm Beach house works to the same code: residential scale and a position by Bradley Park, steps from the Royal Poinciana Plaza.
